At CareCrew, we are devoted to providing premier early childhood development, preschool programs, and elite daycare services. Because our model depends heavily on scheduling skilled caretakers, buying fresh daily ingredients for meals, setting up creative art equipment, and maintaining strict child-to-staff ratios, unannounced cancellations affect our operational structures. To protect both our hardworking staff and our valued families, we have designed a transparent, balanced, and comprehensive Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

We believe in establishing clear boundaries so that parents can book our programs with complete confidence. When you secure a daily or monthly slot, that specific seat is reserved exclusively for your child, and we turn away other applicants for that time block. This policy ensures that resource distribution remains fair, staff wages are secured, and our high standard of childcare is never compromised due to sudden scheduling voids. We ask all parents to read through these guidelines before completing their secure checkout transactions.

Daily Care Packages and Slot Adjustments

Our daily care plans, including Infant Care, Toddler Care, and Preschool standalone slots, offer high flexibility for modern, busy parents who need emergency or casual supervision. If you have booked a daily package and need to alter your plans, specific notice windows apply to ensure smooth scheduling adjustment inside our center.

If you cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off window, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the paid fee. Alternatively, you can opt for an immediate free slot transfer to any alternate date within the next 30 days without any penalty. This gives you room to manage unexpected shifts in your professional meetings or personal routines without losing your financial investment.

However, if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the slot time, CareCrew will charge a 50% retainer fee, and the remaining 50% will be sent back to your original payment source. This measure is necessary because specialized caretakers are already deployed to welcome your child, and the reserved slot cannot be reassigned to another family on short notice. If a child does not arrive and no cancellation notice is provided, the full payment for that specific day is forfeited.

Monthly Subscription Programs

Monthly memberships ensure your child retains a continuous, permanent seat at our center, covering long-term plans like Full-Day Daycare, After-School Care, and enrichment tracks like Speech & Literacy. Because monthly enrollments block other families from booking long-term seats, refunds are structured carefully based on active enrollment durations.

If you enroll in a monthly plan and find that it does not fit your schedule or your child’s routine, you can request a cancellation within the first 3 operational days of the month. You will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days of that month, minus a 10% administrative setup fee. This initial 3-day window gives families a safe trial phase to observe our premium care environment firsthand.

Cancellations requested after the 3rd day of the active billing cycle are non-refundable for that ongoing month. Your child is welcome to attend CareCrew for the remainder of that paid month, and no charges will apply for subsequent billing cycles. This structure protects our operational funding, which is allocated for meals, educational kits, and staff retention at the beginning of each calendar month.

Medical Emergencies and Processing Timelines

We understand that children can fall ill suddenly, and emergency situations do not follow a 24-hour notice rule. If your child cannot attend our facility due to an unexpected medical issue, fever, or emergency hospitalization, the standard cancellation penalty is completely waived. Parents simply need to submit a brief medical note or a doctor’s prescription via our support email or WhatsApp line.

Upon verification, CareCrew will transform your missed days into “CareCrew Safe Credits.” These credits remain active on your profile indefinitely and act as digital currency to secure any future care plans without any financial loss. It is our way of standing by our families during tough, unpredictable moments.

To request a formal refund, please contact our support desk with your official Unique Order ID (e.g., CREW-XXXXXX) alongside proof of your initial transaction. Once our billing department verifies the logs, refunds are approved immediately. The funds will be transferred back to your original payment medium (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on standard banking processing schedules.
